Here is the exact listing of areas and delivery timing of Wall Art South Africa:

  • Overnight Delivery from dispatch:Johannesburg Wall Stickers, Midrand Wall Stickers and Pretoria Wall Stickers.
    The total delivery area (including surrounds) stretches from Alrode in the South of Johannesburg to Pretoria North – and then Krugersdorp in the West to Springs in the East.The Wall Stickers usually arrive the following working day after dispatch. In general, Johannesburg is in the morning and Pretoria is in the afternoon but it does depend on their delivery routes and how busy they are.
  • 2 – 3 Working Days from dispatch:
    Bloemfontein Wall Stickers, Polokwane, Vaal, Klerksdorp, Westonaria, Randfontein, Nelspruit, Witbank and Rustenburg and the rest of Gauteng.
    Cape Town Wall Stickers (plus surrounding Winelands): Cape Town from Gordons Bay in the south to Durbanville in the north, then Melkbosstrand on the West Coast all the way along to Worcester. Also includes Paarl, Grabouw, Stellenbosch and Franshhoek.
    KZN and Coasts: Durban Wall Stickers, Pietermartizburg, North and South Coast from Richards Bay to down Port Shepstone. Excludes inland areas other than the stretch from Durban to Pietermaritzburg. It usually takes about 2 working days after dispatch.     Port Elizabeth, East London, George (and surrounds): Port Elizabeth, East London, George plus Coastal region from Plettenberg Bay to Mossel Bay, which includes Knysna. These areas are driven to Port Elizabeth and thereafter are they delivered to all the areas of the Eastern Cape and Western Cape.
  • 4 – 5 workings days (or more) from dispatch:
    Outlying Areas in South Africa like Ceres, Hermanus, Oudtshoorn, Jeffreys Bay, Kimberley and any other areas not listed above.
    On average, it takes about a week to arrive after dispatch. The main reason is that your wall art gets sent to the nearest major city and then gets driven from there to outlying areas. Sometimes, they only drive to certain areas once a week, so it all depends on their routes.

International Postage is a standard fee of ZAR 257.00

International Wall Sticker Delivery is via the South Africa Post Office. The postage cost differs from country to country (and sometimes dependant on which employee is serving us at Post Office) so we never really know the exact amount – but we try and charge an average fee so we know it will cover most of the postage costs.

We will send you a tracking number from South Africa and once it arrives in your country, you will need to contact your postal service to convert it to a local tracking number. Your parcel is not insured and all tariffs; taxes; and/or brokerage fees are for your responsibility.
Neighbouring African countries take about a week and on average North America and Europe take 2 weeks. It can take more than 5 weeks for other international deliveries.

Q: Can I rather collect my order or send my own Courier?

As a general rule we don’t offer collections as it is more streamlined for us to send all the orders together with one courier. If you take into account your time, the traffic and your petrol costs – then it is just not worth it to collect. You get free courier delivery if spend R500.00 on wall art, otherwise it’s R97.00 to your door. If you are in the Honeydew area and really really really really want to collect, email us and we will send you a coupon code to deduct the courier cost (if applicable) – we will let you know when it is ready and so you can collect within 2 days.

The same applies to sending your own courier, we only offer this in exceptional cases. It is unusual to find a courier company cheaper than R97.00 plus it just complicates things: couriers don’t rock up at the correct times and then we wait after hours for them, they don’t fill in the waybills properly and there are so many people involved that communication becomes a nightmare. We prefer not to but we do understand.

Q: What if I gave you an incorrect address or the no-one was home when the courier delivers?

Please let us know ASAP if the address is incorrect and we can make a plan.

We always suggest that you give your work address for the delivery address as we always deliver during working hours and at least someone is always there to sign for it. We have spent many years trying to find the perfect courier company but it does not exist and
sometimes they are overworked or the driver is sick and they don’t deliver. If it is a home address, you may sit around all day and they never come so a work address is best – or you are welcome to let us know which days of the week someone is at home to receive the parcel.

If no-one is home when they come to deliver, the courier generally take it back to the depot and either try deliver the next day or somebody will call you to arrange when they can deliver. This does not always happen so it is always best to give a work address!! You can also get a good idea of the delivery day when you track your delivery online (we mail you the tracking number on dispatch) – usually “onboard” means they will deliver that day.

Q: I haven't received my order and it has been days since you dispatched, what should I do?

The first thing to do is track it online and see what the problem is. If you can see that it has been onboard more than once or there has been no movement, you should contact the depot that is closest to you and finding out what the problem is. If your parcel is at the depot, ask them to please redeliver it to you the next day. We always find that Fastway is willing to give you the drivers phone number and if there is an address issue, you can also explain things to him directly. Otherwise, if you don’t come right, please contact us and we can help you.

Outlying areas can take longer (sometimes more than 1 week) and often, the outlying drivers do not have scanners so it does not update online. Don’t worry! I always that you can get updated information if you phone the depot closest to you, this is sometimes a losing battle for outlying areas so you are welcome to contact us and we can help you.
