Shipping, Delivery and Returns Information
Packing and Dispatch
Your Wall Stickers may come in one or more pieces and are rolled and packed into a cardboard tube for protection. Each order comes with detailed instructions, positioning ideas and a practice sticker.
We usually dispatch your order within 5 working days (about a week), but this can depend on the day you ordered. You will know your order has been dispatched as will send you an email letting you know!
We offer free standard delivery (postage) in South Africa. The value of this coupon is R49, click here for more info and use the coupon code during checkout.
We offer the following delivery methods:
1.) SA Post Office (Standard Delivery): 3-8 Working days from dispatch
Our standard delivery option is via the South African Post Office (SAPO) and costs R49 (get your free postage coupon here, more info). Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing the Post Office tracking number. Log-onto their website, call SAPO tracking tollfree (0860 111 502) or contact your local branch to track your delivery. On average, give them 3-8 working days for delivery. Once you know your parcel has arrived (online tracking works best), take your tracking number togther with your ID or Drivers Licence to collect your order. We have yet to hear of someone actually getting a collection slip!
StickyThings.co.za does not take any responsibly for any delay in delivery by the South African Post Office. In general, they have improved and we find very few hic-cups with the deliveries. We do, however, care that your order arrives in a reasonable time frame and would love to know should this not be the case. This helps us improve our delivery methods so we can offer you the best possible service.
2.) Post Office Express Speed Services: 1-3 Working days from dispatch
The Post Office Express Delivery Service is through Speed Services and is Post Office to Post Office. It costs R129*. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing the Speed Services tracking number. Log-onto their website, call SS tracking tollfree (0860 023 133) or contact your local post office branch to track your delivery. On average, it takes 1 working day in JHB and about 2 days in other areas- but it just depends on their routes. Once you know your parcel has arrived (online tracking works best), take your tracking number togther with your ID or Drivers Licence to collect your order.

*You can use your R49 Standard Postage Coupon (more info) towards your Express Delivery Fee, it just deducts R49.00 off the Speed Services fee.
Over and above the Post Office delivery, we also offer door-to-door courier service for an extra fee depending on where it is being delivered.
3.) Courier Delivery JHB & PTA: 1-2 days Working days from dispatch
From dispatch, deliveries to Johannesburg and Pretoria take 1-2 days and costs R98.00* per order.
4.) Courier Delivery Major Cities: 2-3 Working days from dispatch
Major Cities like Cape Town, Durban, Bloemfontein, Port Elizabeth and East London take 2-3 days to arrive and cost R149.00* per order. Delivery needs to be in the actual city or the courier charges for outlying areas.
5.) Courier Delivery Outlying Areas: 2-5 working days from dispatch
Outlying Areas (not listed above) in South Africa take 2-8 days to arrive and costs R198.00* per prder.
*You can use your R49 Postage coupon (more info) towards your Courier Fee, it just deducts R49.00 off the courier fee.
6.) Collect from our Dispatch in Strubensvalley, JHB
We do not have a physical store but you are welcome to collect your order from Strubensvalley (behind Makro), close to Clearwater Mall, near Roodepoort, Johannesburg. We will send you the collection address once your order is ready (which usually takes a few days to a week depending on when you order). Collections are pre-arranged for certain times, which are most often on Friday afternoons, but we will let you know for each individual order.
7.) International Postage: 1-6 weeks from dispatch
We do offer International Delivery via the South Africa Post Office. We will send you a tracking number from South Africa and once it arrives in your country, you will need to contact your postal service to convert it to a local one. International delivery can take up to 6 weeks to arrive, your parcel is not insured and all tariffs; taxes; and/or brokerage fees are for the customer's responsibility. The cost of postage and handling fee is R299.00*.

Our returns policy is only valid for returns within the Republic of South Africa. All returns and exchanges must be shipped back using a trackable and insured shipping method and must be paid for by the customer.
All international orders are not valid or returns or refunds.
Loss and Damage in Transit
We guarantee that your order was in perfect condition when it was dispatched. Your artwork is packed in protective cardboard tubes, so even if they get a little battered along the way, they still arrive in perfect condition. Even if the tube gets damaged, the artwork is still easily usable. Should this not be the case (or your order is lost) and as much as we do not take responsibility for items in transit; we are open to helping you if you let us know via email email@example.com within 24 hours of receipt. You will be required to return your damaged item to us.
We know you are going to be happy with the quality of the wall stickers. Should you not be, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of receipt of your goods. You may be required to return your item to us.
This is very unusual as your item is produced on order. The provision of goods and services is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, the provider will refund the client in full within 7 days. The Provider reserves the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been received. This may occur if stock is insufficient or the quality of goods ordered does not meet the Provider's standards. Should the Provider exercise this right, the User will receive a full refund with no deductions.
Cancellation of orders by the client must be done within 12 hours of ordering via email email@example.com. After this period, orders cannot be cancelled as it will already be in production. Cancellation has to be done via e-mail within 12 hours, confirmed by client services and any costs (i.e. credit card fees or any other fees that have been incurred by www.stickythings.co.za) will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded.
