How to Shop Online:
A step by step guide to using the online shop:
1.) Browse the online wall sticker shop www.stickythings.co.za
2.) Add products to your Shopping Cart by clicking on the desired product and then click "Add to Cart" at the bottom.
Make sure have chosen you colour for the wall sticker and there are some added extras like doubling your order at a discounted rate.
3.) Automatically the ' SHOPPING CART' page will open. You can carry on shopping by clicking "back to shopping". You can modify your shopping cart by changing the qty and clicking the little circle button next to it, or you can delete items by clicking on red cross. You can check your approximate delivery charges by clicking on 'ESTIMATE SHIPPING').
4.) Click go to 'CHECKOUT' to start processing the order (almost like you would do at any tillpoint).
5.) If you are a New Customer, scroll down and provide your information (not sure which address to use, see step 1) or if you are a returning customer, log-in.
6.) STEP 1 of 3: Delivery Information. You can choose which type of delivery you would like, the options are:
* SA Post Office (Standard Delivery): 3-8 Working days from dispatch @ R49.00 (go to special offers page to get this for free)
* Post Office Express Speed Services: 1-3 Working days from dispatch @ R129.00 (go to special offers page to get R49 off)
* Door-to-Door Courier Delivery - Johannesburg & Pretoria only @ R98.00 (go to special offers page to get R49 off)
* Door-to-Door Courier Delivery - Cape Town, Durban, Bloem, PE & East London @ R149 (go to special offers page to get R49 off)

Fill in any Special Instructions or Comments About Your Order. Click 'CONTINUE CHECKOUT'.
7.) STEP 2 of 3: Payment Information.
Tick that you have read the 'Terms & Conditions' and check your order details or make amendments
Add your discount coupon code here (go to special offers page to get this to get a discount)
Select your payment method: EFT, Credit Card, MiMoney or Paypal and click 'CONTINUE CHECKOUT'. (See below for more info on payment methods)
8.) STEP 3 of 3: Check your order details and click 'CONFIRM the order'.
9.) Make payment using a payment method (Credit Card, MiMoney, EFT/Cash Deposit or Paypal).
Payment Options
We offer a number of payment options to help make your purchase with us as efficient as possible.
1.) Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)/ Cash Deposit
Transfer the purchase amount directly to us within 24 hours of placing the order. Inter-bank transfers take up to 24 hours to reflect in our account and transfers from other banks take up to 48 hours to clear. All orders will only go into production once the amount is reflected in our account.

2.) PayFast: Visa, Mastercard or MiMoney
This payment method will transfer you to the PayFast secure website where you will fill in your payment details. Once payment has gone through, you will be redirected back to our website and the page will say: Your Shopping Cart is empty. Don't worry, this means that your payment has gone through! You will recieve an email with confirmation of your order.
2.) Paypal
This is mostly for overseas orders. Choose Paypal as your payment method and we will send you a request for payment in USD (the main reason why this payment method is aimed at overseas orders – the conversion is never in our favour). Your order will be confirmed once we have received the e-mail from Paypal confirming the payment. If you use a different email address for your Paypal account or are in a different time zone and wish to pay right away, please use the conversion rate on www.coinmill.com from ZAR order total to USD and send us the Paypal payment to: info@stickythings.co.za from your Paypal account.
